If you think Brad Greene is a handyman, you’re mistaken. Brad is a craftsman. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Very conscientious, respectful and thorough.
We’ve trusted Brad with a number of home remodeling projects, from building custom closets to repairing a leaky ceiling, and he’s completed each and everyone with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
Brad Greene is head and shoulders above any other person or firm that we’ve hired to improve our home...and we’ve hired a good many.
From his initial estimates to the final clean-up, Brad delivers. He exceeds expectations every step of the way.
Brad lists 28 different services that he offers. We’ve hired him for close to adozen and he has not disappointed. He truly is a jack of all trades, but what sets Brad apart is that he is a master of all. We are very protective of our historic, 120- year-old house. Brad treats it as if it were his. He understands that his work—his talent—adds value to our home and happiness to our family.

I would highly recommend Brad for any housework or handyman work you need done. What's great about Brad is that he can do just about anything that needs to be done on your house - no matter how small - and he can find a solution for everything. He gets the job done right the first time, and he's very professional. He's creative and thinks outside the box. He is fast, efficient, and trustworthy.

We have hired The Triad Tradesman, Brad Greene, for several projects at our House in Washington Park, Winston Salem. Brad always exceeds expectations. Most recently, he brought in the greatest team to paint the exterior of our 68 yr old house. If you drive down Vintage Ave, you can't miss it - the blue one with the yellow door. The work was perfect, and the painters worked so hard, even on Sunday. Brad installed the porch railing last year, and is about to update our kitchen. My husband and I always count on The Triad Tradesman to improve our home at a fair price. He knows what he's doing!
Brad Greene and I became acquainted because our children attended the same preschool. One day, we struck up a conversation: I mentioned that we had just moved into a (very)old home, and he mentioned that he was a “plaster guy.” It turns out he is so much more than that.
Certainly, we first used him to patch a giant hole in our hundred-year-old walls. He did an impeccable job--the hole, having been patched, sanded, and painted, is completely seamless. You cannot tell that it was there.
Since then, Brad has become a bit of a jack-of-all-trades around our home. He has re-tiled our fireplace; built a trap-door entrance to our attic in a bedroom closet and subsequently painted that closet; installed a tube-style skylight in our kitchen ceiling, along with the accompanying plaster work; installed decorative crown molding in our dining room; and is in the throes of a complete bathroom renovation, including demolition, plaster work, building a tub surround, re-tiling the entire room, and installing molding throughout.
Each of those jobs has been done beyond my expectations. I would consider Brad a perfectionist, in the most complimentary sense of the word. He has an incredible eye for detail, as well as a great deal of professional experience, and does not hesitate to point out little refinements that make a finished product all the better. (Suggesting additional floor molding around the marble fireplace tile, for example, to hide a slight lip above the floor). As a bit of a novice in the world of construction, I truly appreciate these little suggestionsthat help turn the grand visions I’ve dreamed up into a beautiful reality.
I always call him first when I have a job, and he has always been entirely candid regarding his abilities. He has not taken any job that he is not 100% sure of an excellent finished product (for example, a handful of times when a certified plumber or electricianwas a more appropriate choice). As he put it, he’ll save the experimenting for his ownhouse, a sentiment which am more than grateful for!
In addition to his exceptional workmanship, Brad is an all around good guy. He has a key to my home, and he has done work for us while we are out of town--always leaving the house in better condition than he found it. I am completely comfortable having him in our home, around my family and young children, and find him totally pleasant to talk to and work with. All of these are traits that I consider imperative, especially on those longer projects when we might end up seeing each other hours each day for days or weeks in a row.
You cannot go wrong hiring Brad for your next construction project. Dave and Kristen
My husband and I started a DIY kitchen remodel but then got too busy to continue the work. We contacted Brad via email and had an appointment for a free estimate within a matter of days. Brad listened to how we wanted the kitchen and was able to give suggestions that we had not considered. He happily made changes when needed and did the job right.
Brad is punctual, conscientious, and does quality work. I will hire him for our next home improvement project.
Sincerely, Alycia
